Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that unexpected situations can arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. At GiusiSkin, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows (less than 12 hours’ notice) will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify GiusiSkin as soon as possible by emailing giusiskin@gmail.com. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy helps us accommodate other clients and protect our appointment schedule.
